Description: More information: http://ec.europa.eu/information_society/media/overview/clips/index_en.htm At the occasion of the Berlin Film festival ("Berlinale") this year, 5 short clips (around 45 seconds each) were prepared at the request of the Commission with extracts from films supported by the EU's MEDIA programme (all of which received numerous international awards). The clips were meant to promote the launch of the EU's new MEDIA programme 2007-2013, which fosters the circulation of successful films in other EU countries and worldwide.
