Description: This is important and valuable information if you are seeking to purchase a TempurPedic Mattress and have found that "Discounts" are next to impossible to come by....There is a belief that is pushed by TEMPURPEDIC Retailers that you CANNOT buy the product at a discount. This does not have to be true. As a TempurPedic Retailer I discounted the product as needed to secure the sale. Then after being in business for more than a Year I get an "ambiguous" letter from TempurPedic stating that we were no longer a Dealer for the Product. There was no specific reason given even though I pressed for a specific reason in writing. TempurPedic to this day has not given us a reason for our dismissal as a dealer. This has caused the loss of the Capital invested in the Business plus future earnings. We intend to properly pursue the issue with 1. Better Business Bureau (National) 2. Attorney General for the State of Kentucky 3. Attorney General for the State of Louisiana 4.
