Since there is no Utopia and there never will be, it's a workable solution FOR NOW- and farmers need to farm but animal lovers don't want the dogs harmed, it's a compromise. Nothings perfect and if you want to be an animal loving vegetarian and boycott meat, the famers have to be able to grow what they grow...
